How long does it take to prepare my order?
Our products are carefully made to order and are usually prepared within 3 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country doesn't appear at checkout, feel free to contact us and we’ll try to make it possible.
Does my order include tracking?
- Standard shipping: May include basic tracking within Europe.
- Outside of Europe, tracking is not included by default.
- Premium shipping: Always includes full tracking and is usually faster.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Most of our products are of low declared value, so customs fees are rare.
However, it is possible depending on your country’s regulations.
If customs request a payment, the customer is responsible for covering any duties or taxes.
Can I send the order directly as a gift?
Absolutely! You can add a note at checkout to let us know it’s a gift.
We’ll make sure to exclude any invoice and can include a personalized message printed on a beautiful beige paper.
Just type your message in the order notes.
Can I return a product?
- Personalized products: Cannot be returned, but if there’s a defect, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge.
- Non-personalized products: You can request a return within 30 days of receiving it.
Refunds are issued only after we receive the product back in good condition.
Can I request something even more personalized?
Yes! Many of our customers reach out with special ideas.
