We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

🛑 Please note: Personalized or custom-made items are produced specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.

If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Exchanges
If you wish to receive a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm whether the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
